• To install and update software and Antivirus on Main Server as well as on Clients • Networking and updating the systems on clients at Head Office as well as at Branch levels (All Branches are onlined through Public IP) • Collect Borrowers’ forms from branches, recheck them and enquire from M/s Data Check (Pvt) Ltd. through Forti-Client online Software with the help of Maker and Checker and get information of client(s)(CIB Report), (Loanee/Defaulter with any other institutions) • Prepare Loan Demand Form, and then disbursement posting in MIS and then FIS • Monthly and Quarterly Reports of Loans, Active clients, Default, Over-dues, Disbursement, Recoveries, PAR etc for Donors as well as Management • Monthly +ve add, Default add, +ve update and default update reports to Offline Data Check packge for updating the system of M/s Data Check (Pvt) Ltd. • Monthly Reconciliation of disbursement and recovery of all branches with MIS record with the help of Monthly bank statement. • Trouble shooting of MIS problems with branches on regular basis • Taking Data backup of MIS/FIS on daily basis
